Clear numbers for UK landlords

Letview is a set of free calculators for people who let property in the UK. Tax rules for landlords keep changing, from mortgage interest relief to Making Tax Digital and the new property tax rates in 2027. Most landlords only find out what that means for them when the bill arrives.

The tools are designed to give you a quick, honest estimate and show exactly how it was worked out.

How we keep the numbers right

• Every rate and threshold comes from HMRC guidance on GOV.UK.
• Each calculator is tested against worked examples before it goes live.
• We aim to review every page each April when new tax rates take effect, and when the rules change. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.
